We process international credit cards with a third-party verification system, Google. We ask that you please allow 1-3 business days for Google to verify additional information that is needed. All international order processing is based on pending approval. We will automatically decline and cancel all orders that are not verified. Note: It is the customer's responsibility to pay all of the customs fees that the package might incur upon its arrival in their country. We at Overstock Jeweler charge a $19 flat-rate shipping fee for all orders that ship to Canada via USPS. Delivery will take approximately 6-10 business days.

Shipping fees slightly vary, based on the shipping destination. All orders ship out from New York City, thus causing the East coast shipping fees to be on the lower end while the West coast shipping fees are on the higher end.
What is the delivery method used?
Overstockjeweler.net ships out domestic orders via UPS service, while international orders are shipped through USPS Global Express Mail. We will notify you of your order shipment with an e-mailed tracking number.
How can I keep track of my order?
You can check on your order status on Yahoo via your confirmation order link. You will be e-mailed a tracking number once we have shipped your order out. You can also track your package by visiting www.ups.com and providing your tracking number. Visit www.usps.com to track a delivery of international orders by entering in your tracking number.
Can I return final sale merchandise?
Final sale merchandise is ineligible for returns and exchanges. Once purchased, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
When will my order ship out?
We guarantee that most of our merchandise will ship out within 1-3 business days from the date that the order was placed. You will be notified via e-mail when your order has shipped out. If your order shipment is delayed for any reason, we will contact you immediately.
Are shipping charges refunded?
We only refund shipping charges when:
- the courier loses the package
- broken or defective merchandise is shipped from our warehouse
- We ship out an incorrect item
- the merchandise is damaged during shipment. However, if a part of the merchandise in the order is damaged during shipment, we will not refund initial shipping fees. If further instruction is needed, please contact us by e-mail or telephone.
We require that you report any incorrect, defective, and/or missing items from your order to us as soon as you have received your package or items and must be done within 7 days from the delivery date. We will not accept any merchandise past that time period. In this instance, we will not charge you a second shipping charge when we reship your merchandise.
Do you accommodate customers with expedited shipping?
Yes. We definitely provide our customers with various expedited shipping choices, such as Next Day Air Saver & 2nd Day Air service for select items at an extra charge. Should you decide to use either premium shipping method, you can call 1-800-586-0020 (toll free number) to inquire if your chosen merchandise is available for that particular service. While checking out, you can choose from the premium delivery service options. From there, the extra shipping fees are added automatically.
